Similarities across scales

the larger scale can be seen in the more out of focus part, the "background."The smaller one with visual dominance is in fact just the newest coherent iteration of this pattern.

Going back across the branch is like going back in time, the older it is the longer the iterative processes of growth have been humming and thus the larger but the same pattern.

So maybe it is truly "similarities across time", the artifact of which is the similarity across spatial scales.
