'Rugged dune-landscape' - a large abstract-expressionism dune-landscape painting I made in 1990 in acrylic paint on canvas.

It is my painterly imagination of a rough landscape in cultivated Netherlands , made after several sketches of the dunes around Harlem (where also Ruysdael draw his sketches for using them later in his studio to paint and reconstruct his landscape-paintings in oil) -, and painted on basis of my sketches rather intuitive and abstract, later, like the master did!

I lost the original painting, size was 125 x 145 cm; so not for sale.

This digital image of my art I placed here in high resolution on Flickr, in the public domain. I edited it digitally with great care for the hues, colors and texture of the original work. So it is available to use it for making your own fine quality art-print for at home on the wall if you like.
