This painting was my first abstract landscape-painting I ever made, with a strong diagonal structure which I took over from the old Dutch painter Jacob Ruysdael!
There is also strong influence of Bram van Velde, where he learned me how to construct and to build up an abstract painting. I painted this landscape-fantasy in bird perspective: a view on the port of IJmuiden. Sizes of the painting are 160 x 125 cm; it is for sale.
