Swan pond Carolasee in Winter

Two swans had been killed within 2 days. an anti social gang of children was often attacking them with branches and one suspect mature male was there during the nights or evening. He was aggressively to others and was interested to the swans. Noticable is that Westgerman militia is observing the whole time. Security and police are to dumb to protect swans in the park.
