STRUGGLING TO FIND THE WORDS is a word-based exhibition consisting of the work of eleven artists working in various mediums including photography, film, drawing and performance.
The work is all based around a single theme- -”WORDS”– and the artists were invited to interpret it however they wished. The artists involved– Tommy Burns, Marie Clarke, Colm Eccles, Fiona Gannon, Declan Graham, Dary Gregg, Janna Kemperman, Bernie Meagher, Danielle O’Byrne, Cormac O’Donnell and Aine O’Hara– are all second year Visual Arts Practice students at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art and Design and all work in different mediums ranging from drawing and film to photography and performance.
On Thursday 31st March from 18:30, there will be a closing event with food and drink where the performances will take place. There will also be cake!
